What this service is

Architectural visualization is the discipline of making a building exist before it is built. We work from your CAD, BIM, or sketch package and rebuild it as a photoreal 3D scene — façade detail, glazing, structural rhythm, vegetation, vehicles, people, time of day, weather. The output is a hero image (or set of images) that a developer can put on a billboard, a broker can put on a listing portal, or an architect can put in a competition book. Our renders are CGI but not stylised — they are calibrated to look like photographs taken by a senior architectural photographer, with the same lens choices, same hour, same atmosphere.

How the price is formed

Hero stills earn most of their hours in lighting and material work — that's where photoreal lives. We render at 8K with multi-pass AOV so colour-grade revisions don't cost re-render time.

How we run it · 5 stages

Discovery

Day 1–2

We walk the architect's drawings, the brief, the references. The art director picks the camera angles, the time of day, the mood. You leave with a fixed scope, a fixed fee, and a calendar.

Block-out

Week 1

Massing model built straight from CAD or BIM, basic materials, neutral lighting. You approve composition and camera before we spend a minute on hero detail.

Detail & dressing

Week 2–3

Façade detail, interior fitout, vegetation, cars, people, props — every element placed with intent. Lighting is locked to the chosen hour.

Render & review

Week 3–4

Full-resolution renders on the cloud farm. Two rounds of revisions are standard — color, contrast, mood, props.

Delivery

Final week

Final 8K TIFF or PNG, plus retouched JPEG variants for web, print, and social. Layered PSD on request.
